Matt Petrarca
As a life-long athlete with an intense love of competition, Matt has spent a great deal of time developing and fine-tuning his personal training strategies. Personal experience in youth sport, bodybuilding, and triathlon have given Matt the keen ability to train and coach individuals needing to achieve a goal. However, Matt realizes that the ultimate goal is training for life -- longevity and sustainability!
Matt is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and TRX Team Coach (Level 3), but it is his extensive hands-on experience and his flawless ability to understand and relate to people that make Matt successful. He admits that he sees people in "stick-figure" form! That immediately allows Matt to identify any imbalances in an individual's form and function.
We all spend lots of time "racing to the finish line." For life and longevity, it's not a race to the finish line. Matt believes that we need to slow down, take care of our bodies, stay active, eat right, and live to be 100 and beyond.
