Sheridan Sheehan

Sheridan brings her positive energy and enthusiasm for fitness to the RT+ team.  A self-described people person, she enjoys meeting new clients and welcoming them into our studio.

Sheridan has completed 4 half-marathons and 2 Ten Mile races.  Running is one of her favorite things to do because she loves being outside and it helps clear her mind.  She enjoys all forms of exercise and looks forward to learning more from our team.

Sheridan is from Texas but has lived in State College since 1998.  She loves her home state and especially her Texas Longhorns.

Sheridan received her BA in Public Relations from Texas State University.  Her marketing experience includes:
